The Ad Firm is a Digital Marketing Agency based in Southern California that caters to clients across the country. We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to join our Client Success team. To be eligible for this role, you must currently work at a marketing agency and possess a minimum of two years of experience as a project manager, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
The Ad Firm is offering a remote position with workdays from 8 am to 5 pm PST. Since 2009, we have been a digital marketing agency that consistently helps our clients’ companies grow online. Our team has won numerous awards for our output work and the positive work environment we cultivate. We specialize in aiding companies in their growth and monitoring the success we bring to each client.
Responsibilities:
– Create reports in Agency Analytics and upload reports to our project management system, Basecamp.
– Review client leads and report on lead quality and/or any concerns
– Update review software with new client lists
– Update expenses for clients for hard costs
– Prep notes for client calls
– Create and update decks for client calls, including but not limited to kick-off calls, strategy reveal calls, monthly client calls and quarterly strategy review calls
– Follow up with tasks
– Follow up with clients to schedule meetings
Qualifications Needed:
– 2+ years experience in digital marketing account management in an agency setting
– Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and improved search rankings.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
– Task management and ability to meet deadlines
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multi-task
