Digital Marketing VA

Help us grow small businesses! We are a marketing agency that works primarily with local house cleaners and carpet cleaners, helping them scale their cleaning business.

Position Overview:
Our digital marketing VA will be behind the scenes, helping our customers grow their business via social media, blogging, reputation management and other various digital marketing channels. You’ll be leveraging AI tools to make these tasks easier.

Daily Responsibilities:
– Writing blog posts and creating social media content including Canva graphics for our marketing agency and our clients
– Posting content to blogs and social media channels
– Responding to online review customers left for our clients about their cleaning services
– Creating new templates for blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing collateral
– Writing website copy for clients with the help of templates
– Updating website content on WordPress sites

Requirements:
– Knowledge of general marketing principles
– Social media management experience (1 year minimum)

In addition to having excellent English skills and consistent internet access, you’ll need to use the applications we list below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Google search
– Gmail
– Google Docs
– Google Sheets
– Google Calendar
– Communications apps like WhatsApp, Slack, etc
– Social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram, primarily)
– Canva
– ChatGPT
– Google Analytics
– Google Business Profile
– Google Tag Manager
– ClickUp (or other task management software)

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our digital marketing specialist would be:
– A fast learner
– Pays close attention to detail
– An excellent communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
– Ability to work on a deadline

Preferred Qualifications:
We are a rapidly growing business, and are looking for someone who can grow with us and take on additional tasks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:
– SEO best practices
– GoHighLevel experience

Shift:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The hours are flexible, but you will be required to have a meeting at 9am (Manila time) at least twice a week.

Benefits & Salary:
You’ll qualify for 3 paid vacation leaves and 3 paid sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary: $1000/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will be eligible for 13th month.

Additional Information:
If accepted, you will be provided with training on social media management, Canva, and AI tools as well as our internal processes. We’ll also get you certified on local SEO and provide training on Google My Business, among others.

You’ll be working directly with the Marketing Operations Manager and the CEO. As the business grows, there will be opportunities to move into other roles or become a manager of other Digital Marketing VAs.
