Do you have at least 3+ years of experience working US hours as a Virtual Assistant providing technical support, creating contents with heavy graphics and video requirements, and handling different tools, CRMs and project management systems?

The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant is a pivotal role for Dr Roseann. TheDigital Marketing Virtual Assistant is not just a right hand but also a left hand, helping Dr Roseann focus on important matters. The Tech Virtual Assistant should be alert, can quickly think on their feet, and someone who anticipates the needs of the executive. A strong thinker who enjoys working with a team of mission driven individuals. They should be experienced and results oriented, someone who takes initiative, has strong communication skills, and can work under pressure.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Must be willing to work US hours (ideally 6am-3pm EST)

Compensation:
PHP 40,000 – 45,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB INCLUDE:

> Content Calendar Management- manage and streamline social media activities and scheduling systems, prioritizing activities according to timeline and working directly with executives, customers, and other partners & team members as necessary
> Support meeting preparation and follow up including allocating appropriate time slots, ensuring awareness/preparation, and following up on staff actions
> Prepare minutes of meetings and capture important information that needs to be converted to actionable items for execution, endorsement and monitoring
> Create contents and graphics for social media postings and blogs, like graphics and videos, using Canva and Adobe Premier,
> Reviews and answers social media inquiries, comments and engagements
> Independently prepare/ edit PowerPoint presentations from rough drafts. Experience with sales presentations and webinars is a plus.
> Familiarity with the different activities in the digital marketing space.
> Support in Kartra/CRM set up
> Recognizes and effectively handles confidential, proprietary information on a routine basis
> The DMVA establishes, develops, maintains and updates the filing system for the executive team. Retrieves information from files when needed.
> Work independently as well as within a team
> Ability to multitask, and work effectively under pressure and deadlines
> Must have the ability to take initiative, organize and complete projects with minimal direction and micromanaging
> Project Management- prioritizing tasks & projects
> Filing & organizing financial paperwork
> Create, manage and streamline organizational systems
> File & organize intellectual property, electronic files, experience with Gdrive
> Familiar with the activities and tools for social media marketing like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
> Able to show up & execute, anticipate our needs – ability to think 10 steps ahead vs wait for things to be delegated to you
> Support CEO in the review stages of content creation, social media marketing plan and execution
> Pull data for the team
> Run weekly, monthly & quarterly reports for CEO to make strategic decisions
> Other tasks as assigned by the CEO, COS and Digital Marketing Specialist

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

> Excellent time management & project management skills
> Has strong graphic design and video editing skills
> Ability to multitask and produce high quality work and can work well under pressure
> Quick learner & flexibility- ability to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once and handle the demands from the CEO
> Familiarity with different technologies and tools used for social media and other digital marketing activities
> Have Executive Assisting SYSTEM that you’ve developed over the years
> Tech-savvy and proficient in all major platforms. Eager and able to learn new technology
> Enjoy leading in a supportive, “behind the scenes” kind of way
> Clear, focused, super organized, grounded, efficient, achieve outcomes FAST
> Intuitive- ability to anticipate people’s needs before they ask
> High level of professionalism, grace and business etiquette. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information, discretion is a MUST
> Resourceful, proactive & takes initiative
> Excellent communication skills – ability to work cohesively with different team members and personality types
> Knows Proofreading and basic copywriting
> Knowledge of project management systems like Clickup, Kartra, Hootsuite, Group Funnels and Adobe Premier is a plus
> Knowledge of SEO and WordPress
