Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We’re a fast growing marketing agency that is looking for a virtual assistant to join our team as we continue to expand.

The Virtual Assistant with a Digital Marketing focus will support our Marketing and Account teams. This role involves a variety of tasks, including understanding digital marketing concepts, managing projects, and translating meeting notes into actionable tasks. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our teams and the execution of our digital marketing strategies.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

– Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and maintaining project documents.
– Translate meeting notes and discussions into clear, organised, and actionable tasks.
– Assist in managing projects, ensuring they are progressing on schedule and within budget.
– Coordinate with various team members to ensure all aspects of projects are aligned.
– Conduct market research and report on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills/Experience:
– Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
– Experience with project management and organisation.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
