Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Account Manager to join our team in a marketing and media delivery role. Strong attention to detail and speed of delivery is crucial in this role as you will be actioning media bookings for multiple brand schedules, and accuracy is paramount. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is process oriented, a self-driver, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys implementation of campaigns for diverse brands.

Responsibilities:
– Action media campaign bookings following process, ensuring that briefs, creative and media schedules are reviewed, stored and assigned to the appropriate team members/stakeholders for action quickly and efficiently.
– Be actively involved with project delivery, ensuring the implementation process is followed accurately, and all assets are ready for our Traders to build and launch programmatic or other digital media campaigns.
– Communicate effectively with clients in a professional, friendly manner including crafting emails where required, to ensure brief information and correct assets to spec for campaign delivery is received.
– Review media schedule for accuracy against the client brief, prior to final approvals by management.
– Day to day administration tasks as required.

Requirements:
– Must be a self-driver, with the confidence to action bookings and ensure campaigns are delivered with speed.
– Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, ensuring error-free data entry.
– Proficient in using Google suite of products including google drive and docs.
– Knowledge of different digital media platforms used for digital advertising and media.
– Strong understanding of various ad formats/specs required for creative ads.
– Quick and efficient delivery, with excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple brand deliveries.
– Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
– Must be able to think on your feet and manage your own workload efficiently.
