Responsibilities:
Google Ads/Manager: Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance optimization.
Content Writing: Produce high-quality written content for blogs, social media, and ad campaigns.
Video Marketing: Create and optimize video content for platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
Ad Strategy: Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for better performance.
Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Real estate track record in all of the following
Proven experience in Google Ads/Manager and PPC advertising.
Strong content writing skills with a focus on SEO.
Proficiency in creating and editing video content for social media.
Familiarity with TikTok and other emerging platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection and a computer.
