Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Are you a self-motivated individual with experience in social media management, direct message outreach, and graphic design? Do you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English? If so, we’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team!

As our Digital Marketing VA, you’ll be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts by managing social media accounts, reaching out to potential clients through direct messaging, and creating high-quality graphics and visual content.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, images, and other visual content to promote our brand and campaigns
Develop and execute direct message outreach campaigns to potential clients and influencers
Monitor and analyze social media engagement, followers, and interactions to improve performance and adjust content strategy accordingly
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure that our social media accounts remain relevant and effective
Collaborate with other team members, including writers, designers, and project managers, to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
At least 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
Experience in direct message outreach, cold emailing, or other outreach strategies
Strong graphic design skills and experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software
Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and distribution
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
