Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our international AI consultancy startup. While we may be in our initial stages, we’re serious about leveraging generative AI solutions to revolutionize how businesses operate. In this role, you will be vital to performing an array of tasks essential to sustaining and enhancing business operations.
This position is tailor-made for someone possessing exceptional attention to detail, excellent written communication skills with a preference for overcommunication, and adaptability. We’re particularly interested in a tech-savvy individual who is comfortable working across various platforms and has a keen interest in building new systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an Executive Assistant, streamlining operational efficiencies
Design, oversee, and fine-tune online advertising campaigns on multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc., utilizing data analytics for continual improvement
Generate leads and coordinate sales calls/product demonstrations to fuel business growth
Contribute actively to strategic decision-making through your up-to-date technical knowledge and awareness of digital trends
Engage in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
Create demos and document business practices, serving as a camera-friendly face for the company
Familiarize yourself and become comfortable with the Notion platform for project management and documentation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, backed by a history of crafting and enhancing successful ad campaigns
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical aptitude, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Ability to produce results within deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Interest in building and documenting new systems
Comfortable presenting in front of a camera for the purpose of creating demos and business documentation
