Job Description

We are looking for someone that can be a part-time (16-24 hours/week) virtual assistant for our Digital Marketing/SEO company based in the USA. We are a company that specializes in SEO. For this position, this person would be fulfilling some basic tasks for our company in a few different areas. There is the opportunity for this to turn into a full-time position (40 hours/week).

1. For all of these tasks, we need someone who is very detail-oriented and who is comfortable with communicating in English via phone, Zoom, and email.

2. Basic Graphics Experience (required)
a. Edit photos or graphics in photoshop
b. Create social media banners and blog banners
c. It is a plus if you can create logos

3. Comfortable knowledge of WordPress and its main Site Builders (like Divi, Enfold, WP Bakery, etc) or ability to quickly learn (required)
a. Create pages
b. Change images

4. Off-Page SEO related tasks (required)
a. Data research and data entry
b. Set up social media
c. Create business directory listings

5. Content generation (preferred)
a. Writing 500 – 1,000 word articles in English
b. We would like to be able to give you topics and have you write unique articles with the assistance of Chat GPT. They don’t have to be extremely well written, but your English must be good enough so that there are minimal grammatical errors.

6. Creation of SOPs (required)
a. SOP stands for “Standard Operating Procedures”. We need someone who can take screenshots along with writing up what is happening in a video, and turning it into a PDF.

In your response, please include your work experience. Also, in your response please confirm that you are confident in your ability to create banners for social media or blog posts using Photoshop or whatever is your preferred graphics software. We can teach you the other skills.

If we contact you and move forward after the interview, you can expect a paid trial period to see how easily the tasks can be accomplished. Once that is complete, we can move forward as we would like this to be an ongoing worker/employer relationship.
