Layla Nielsen is the marketing executive genius behind the LN & Co. brand, with over 18 years of experience in growing revenue across digital and traditional strategies for various brands within the hospitality, entertainment, music, nonprofit and commercial industries.

We are searching for a motivated Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our busy marketing team and founder. You will directly report to the LN & Co. Founder and assist with all associated responsibilities. Administrative activities, market research, updating the system database, creating marketing literature, and cultivating strong client relationships.

The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, producing content across different platforms, running email campaigns, and creating lead-generation initiatives. They must also ensure deadlines are met effectively and efficiently while keeping up-to-date on digital trends and technologies.

To be a successful Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you need to have an extensive understanding of digital marketing tactics, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate under pressure. Finally, a high-level digital marketing assistant assists the marketing team, improves the company’s image, and helps drive business development goals.

Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Supporting the CEO (30%)
• Manage executive calendar, including internal and external meetings
• Research, organize, and make travel arrangements, including obtaining travel documents needed ensuring flawless arrangement of flights, hotel accommodations, and other travel needs.
• Organize conference calls or facilities for all internal and external meetings
• Prepare agendas, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, proposals, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
• Own the management of the CEO’s staff deliverables, ensuring that all team member assignments are assigned and tracked accurately, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts fun smoothly
• Own onboarding new clients ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Support the CEO with projects as requested

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management (70%)
• Own content development, strategy, and growth of the LN & Co. social media presence and email database growth
• Work with internal teams to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interacting with stakeholders via the LN & Co.’s social media accounts
• Analyze LN & Co. digital marketing plans and social media strategies and identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to LN & Co.’s marketing activities
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
• Assist with business development activities by producing compelling SEO-friendly material for the company website, social media pages, and all required platforms

Role Requirements
• Must be available during office hours 8:30 am – 5 pm EST
• A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or a related subject is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing tactics and databases.
• MS Office and marketing software proficiency are required. Familiarity with is required.
• Familiar with managing WordPress websites
• Understanding of CRM software, Google AdWords, Canva, and internet analytics.
• Familiar with creating content for social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
Must be familiar with social media video editing. • Advanced marketing principles are understood.
