Job Description

Brighttail is a growing B2B marketing agency looking for a self-driven Virtual Assistant to join our world-class performance marketing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to learn, proactive, and possesses proficient written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients’ digital advertising campaigns through strategic keyword research, negative keyword list building, and targeted audience research across various digital advertising platforms for our portfolio of high-tech B2B clients.

Job Responsibilities
– Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for search engine advertising campaigns.
– Develop negative keyword lists to refine targeting and optimize campaign performance.
– Utilize keyword research tools to identify trends and opportunities for keyword targeting.
– Assist in audience research and building audience lists using the advertising platforms’ built-in audience targeting features or other relevant tools.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to keyword research, negative keyword optimization, and audience targeting, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
– Assist the Performance Marketing team with any ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements
– Strong English proficiency and a keen eye for numbers and data.
– Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Optional:
– Fresh graduates or individuals with 1 to 3 years in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any field with good analytical skills.
– Demonstrated experience in conducting keyword research and optimizing search engine advertising campaigns, preferably in Google Ads.
– Proficiency in keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
– Knowledge of audience research methods and tools, including LinkedIn’s audience targeting features and audience segmentation platforms like Apollo.
– Prior experience in a similar role conducting keyword research, building negative keyword lists, and performing audience research for B2B marketing agencies is a plus.
