We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team as a key support role for our media buying operations, specializing in search arbitrage. As a Digital Marketing VA, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and coordinate with a team of media buyers to ensure efficient campaign management and successful execution across various digital advertising platforms, with a particular focus on search arbitrage and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of media buying campaigns, with an emphasis on search arbitrage.
• Provide support to the media buying team, assisting with campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, with a focus on search arbitrage and TikTok advertising.
• Coordinate and manage tasks using project management tools, such as Monday board.
• Act as the main point of contact and liaison between the Operations Manager and the media buying team, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of digital advertising strategies, including ad copy, creative assets, and landing page optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement, particularly in the context of search arbitrage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative designers and media buyers, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
• Help streamline and improve internal processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and experience in media buying, particularly in search arbitrage and TikTok/Facebook advertising.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights (Redtrack, Voluum, and alike).
• Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Monday or similar platforms, for task coordination and project tracking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
