As a Digital Marketing/Web Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting the owner of Lead Stream Consulting across a wide range of tasks, including creating and managing WordPress sites, implementing SEO strategies, help manage impactful ads on Instagram and Facebook, and assisting with executive responsibilities such as project management.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the management of existing WordPress sites, including developing new websites, new pages on existing sites, and improving their design and aesthetic.
• Conduct both on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Utilize web design and graphic design skills to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials and client websites.
• Employ excellent copywriting skills to develop compelling and persuasive content for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with the owner of Lead Stream Consulting to execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns for clients, including creating engaging ads on Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist with executive tasks, including operations management, team management, and project management.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and techniques relevant to digital marketing.
• Maintain availability to work from 9am-2pm EST to align with business hours.

Requirements:
• Broad experience in digital marketing, including web design, graphic design, copywriting, on-site SEO, off-site SEO, team management, and project management.
• Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor and Beaver Builder) with strong design skills, with the ability to add pages and optimize them for SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to execute on-site and off-site optimization strategies.
• Strong skills in web and graphic design, utilizing relevant tools and software.
• Excellent copywriting abilities, with the capacity to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Availability to work from 9am-2pm EST to align with business hours.
