Job Summary:
We are seeking an Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Online Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and enhance the online presence of our apartment complex. This role will play a crucial part in increasing occupancy rates and maintaining a positive online reputation.

Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising: Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Strong Communication skills

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize our website and online listings to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles for the apartment complex to engage with potential tenants, share relevant content, and maintain a positive online image.

Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns to showcase the features and benefits of our apartments.

Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep current residents informed about events, promotions, and updates.

Online Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback from tenants and prospective renters to maintain a positive online reputation.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts, providing regular reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Website Management: Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications:

Experience Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with website management and content management systems (CMS).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to stay updated with industry trends.
