– Develop and execute paid search campaigns from scratch, utilizing the latest 2024 best practices.
– Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
– Monitor campaign performance, optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
– Implement and manage budget pacing strategies to ensure optimal campaign performance.
– Write compelling, strategic search ad copy that drives clicks and conversions and aligns with client objectives.
– Create and manage social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other social channels adhering to 2024 best practices.
– Develop engaging content strategies tailored to each platform’s audience.
– Monitor campaign performance metrics, adjust targeting, and optimize ad creative for better results.
– Stay updated on emerging trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies?accordingly.
– Generate creative recommendations based on campaign objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
– Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
– Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
– Develop comprehensive reports with actionable insights to showcase campaign?performance and inform future strategies.
– Participate in client reporting meetings to present reports and answer questions.
– Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry trends, tools, and tactics.
– Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital media strategies.

Qualifications
– At least 3 years of proven experience in creating and managing paid search and social media campaigns, with a focus on Meta – and LinkedIn.
– Experience with Google Analytics 4 with the ability to set goals, create reports and understand all critical KPIs.
– Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
– Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail experience is a plus)
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Proficiency in budget management and pacing strategies.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in English is mandatory.
– Experience in lead generation campaigns.
– Previous experience in the service industry is a plus.
– Organized self-starter who can proactively add value through thoughts, recommendations and process development.
– Agency experience with time tracking is a plus.
– Amenable to work from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday
