Job Description

About Me:
I have an advertising agency in which we involve creatives with Down syndrome and autism. Currently I’m developing a new methodology in which I’ll use the talent of neurodiverse people to solve problems beyond communication and branding.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Online Research:
Conduct continuous online research to gather information, updates, and trends relevant to our industry.
Provide timely and accurate reports based on findings.

Social Media & Email Management:
Monitor company emails and social media accounts, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Engage with our audience, answer queries, and foster positive relationships online.

Client Outreach:
Draft and send out emails and messages to potential clients, introducing our services and establishing initial contact.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients.

Air Travel Coordination:
Research and provide quotes for airplane tickets, ensuring the best value and convenience for company travel.
Stay updated with any changes, cancellations, or updates related to booked flights.

Travel & Event Planning:
Organize comprehensive travel itineraries, including booking hotels, event tickets, and other travel-related activities.
Coordinate with event organizers, hotel staff, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
Strong knowledge of online platforms, including social media, email platforms, and travel booking sites.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
