Digital Onboarding, Data and Channel Manager

Seeking an exceptionally organized, detail oriented and proactive to join our team Digital Onboarding, Data and Channel Manager. This role involves digitally onboarding new properties for our design and hospitality company, ensuring data integrity, maximizing channel effectiveness, and serving as the primary troubleshooting resource as part of the core team at Minty Living.
In this role, you will oversee the digital onboarding of new properties, ensuring listing integrity, and troubleshooting issues with our software and channel representatives across platforms such as Guesty, Airbnb, Marriott Homes and Villas, VRBO, and our database that feeds into our website. Once properties are onboarded and integrated into our system and fully distributed, you will be the primary point of contact for updating and maintaining listings, as well as continually auditing for data integrity. Your expertise will be pivotal in troubleshooting any emerging issues with channel reps and home team, ensuring our operations remain smooth and efficient and guests happy.

Responsibilities:
– Data Management
– Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and documents while adhering to company standards.
– Coordinate activities until properties are “live” on all channels: Marriott Homes, VRBO, Airbnb, Guesty, Minty Living Website etc.
– Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
– Conduct regular reviews to identify errors or inconsistencies, taking corrective measures as needed.
– Produce and present reports to managers, providing insights and recommendations to make channels most efficient.
– Participate in troubleshooting data issues, ensuring optimal workflow and performance.
– Plan and execute data migration procedures when necessary, minimizing disruptions.
– Understand what a database is and be able to talk to the dev team and leadership to troubleshoot and spec issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
Proven project management experience.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in ClickUp. We use ClickUP a LOT and to a very high level of proficiency.
Familiarity with short term rental channels & software like Airbnb, VRBO, HVMI, Guesty, Pricelabs.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Looking for approx 3x days a week M-F. NOTE! If you also have solid project management experience this can be a full time job 40x hours + with VA support for design and installations (procurement, vendor and client emails etc).

$10/hr
