Digital/Online Marketing Expert

Hello! I am looking for an online marketing expert to grow a startup online t-shirt ecommerce store to become profitable. It currently is fully operational, but is just starting. There is no social media following and minimal advertising being done currently.
You will need to strategize how to increase sales using social media, online advertising, and similar methods. Once you have a plan, you will need to implement it. I will give you an advertising budget for you to use.
Keep in mind that I am not a marketing expert. I don’t have the experience to give you a detailed list of tasks or a checklist to follow. I am expecting you to have the experience to know what is likely to be successful in marketing an ecommerce store and do most of the work yourself. For any specialized work, I can provide a budget for you to use. I can also provide a budget for any tools needed.
That can include:
Social media marketing
Content writing
Search engine optimization
Website improvements
Adding products
Promotions
Anything else you come up with (with approval from me)
About me:
I live in the US, and I have my own full-time job as a website developer, so any one-on-one discussions would have to occur during the evening US time. I have experience operating a Amazon store, and have previously hired a Virtual Assistant on this site to help run that store. That experience was great, so I’m back again for this business! I’ve also been the supervisor of a number of website development teams. I’m friendly, very easy to get along with, and easygoing! I do not micromanage and treat all of the people I work with respectfully.
