Job Description

I’m looking to hire an excellent Digital Optimization Specialist. It’s a permanent, full-time job publishing content and images on WordPress websites in addition to link-building and social media posts.

Take note that I may also assign additional tasks. We’re working on several websites and there is often other work that needs to be done so you must be flexible and willing to do other types of work. Most of it is fairly simple such as uploading content, online research, etc. I provide full training videos.

This position includes 3 main roles which include performing outreach for the purposes of link-building to a digital media portfolio, creating posts on social media, and content generation using AI.

1. Link-building: this would be contacting relevant websites within the niche for guest posts, or also link submission to various directory websites

2. Social media: This would be scheduling posts on different social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest)

3. Content Generation: This would be creating initial blog post drafts based on provided target keywords using AI.

Start date: Immediately.

Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Type: ongoing/permanent. There may be other ad-hoc tasks in addition to the 3 main roles listed that are also in need of completion.

Requirements:

You must be able to read and write English very well. While you won’t be writing articles yourself, you will be dealing with English when creating outreach emails as well as working with social media posts and blog content.
You can work hours that work for you. In other words, you don’t need to work when I work.
You must put in 4 to 5 shifts per week. I don’t want you cramming in 40 hours in 2 to 3 days.
You must have a laptop or desktop computer. This cannot be done on a mobile device.

If you don’t have direct experience with these tasks, that’s okay. They are easily taught. I’m looking for people who have general experience working on websites and who can write in English reasonably well (well enough to write social media posts and deal with email outreach templates).
