We are a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in lead generation, social media management, Xero invoicing, and impeccable English communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
– Cold Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential leads for our SaaS business. Utilize various online platforms and tools to source and connect with high-potential prospects.
– Social Media Management: Craft, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms. Monitor trends, engage with our audience, and run targeted campaigns to enhance brand visibility and growth.
– English Communication: Communicate effectively with leads, customers, and team members. Draft compelling messages, respond to inquiries, and foster strong relationships through clear and articulate conversations.
– Administrative Duties: Monitor user activity, generate regular performance reports, and ensure smooth operations across all digital platforms. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
– Xero Invoicing & VA Tasks: Assist with invoicing duties using Xero, ensure timely payments, and manage other administrative tasks to streamline company operations.
– Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, participate in strategy sessions, and contribute to the company’s overall growth and direction.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in the SaaS industry.
– Strong proficiency in managing and growing social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
– Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
– Proficiency in using monitoring tools, analytics, Xero, and other relevant software.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Additional Requirements:
– Must be available to work during Australian daytime hours.
– Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
