Job Summary:

As a Digital Product & E-commerce Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and revenue of our paid membership program. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to maximize the value of our customer base, supporting loyalty subscription initiatives, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a strategic role that requires critical thinking, marketing expertise, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
-E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives, considering subscription models, loyalty programs, web analytics, and feature buildouts including full P&L ownership
-Support and Execution: Execute marketing initiatives to support the growth and retention of paid members. Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and developers to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
-Project Management: Own the marketing project timelines, ensuring that campaigns and initiatives are launched on schedule. Use tools like Asana to manage tasks and deadlines.
-Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain and monetize existing customers. Explore opportunities to introduce new membership tiers and offerings.
-Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners. Conduct regular syncs and demo calls to ensure alignment and progress on projects.
-Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics (CR%, AOV, website revenue, revenue per user, time on site, site speed) for each international store, analyze data, and generate reports to track the success of e-commerce initiatives in a headless architecture across multiple markets.
-Conversion Rate Optimization: Build and manage a prioritized testing roadmap, design, and run tests on a clearly defined testing cycle, and implement winning tests. Iterate on marketing campaigns, including direct mail, segmentation, messaging, and coupon codes. Ensure quality assurance (QA) for all marketing materials.
-Web Analytics: Lead the integration and implementation of web analytics with GA4 to gather valuable insights and optimize the user experience and marketing strategies with an A/B testing roadmap.
-Vision Execution: Bring marketing strategies and concepts to life, aligning them with the company’s goals and vision.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-At Least 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on customer monetization and retention.
-Strong project management skills and experience using tools like Asana.
-Proficiency in web analytics integration and implementation, particularly with GA4.
-Experience with subscription-based models, preferably in a B2C context.
-Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Postpilot).
-Visual and project management skills.
-Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Self-sufficiency in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
