Work with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to maintain and optimize product listings and sales channels.
Monitor sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Manage sales promotions, discounts, and coupons to boost product visibility and sales.
Marketing and Promotion:
Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote digital products effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product advertisements, social media, email campaigns, etc.
Track and analyze marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding digital products.
Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any customer issues related to product delivery, refunds, or technical support.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate reports on sales, customer behavior, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Products Expert, ideally in a virtual assistant or related role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital product management, and online marketing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using various software and tools related to e-commerce and digital product management.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience in managing digital products within the e-commerce landscape.
Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and social media marketing.
