Digital Project Coordinator

We are a digital agency headquartered in New York. We have been around for more than 12 years and have
outstanding team members in many locations around the world including Philippines, US, India, Romania, and
Ecuador.
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized project coordinator who will be reporting to the Chief Revenue
Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies and excellent
communication skills ensuring that sales projects are executed efficiently and successfully.

Responsibilities:
? Coordinate sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and
within budget.
? Collaborate with different departments to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and
resource allocation.
? Act as the primary point of contact involved in sales projects, providing regular updates on progress and
addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
? Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and outcomes, and generate reports as needed
for management review.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
? Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team
members and stakeholders at all levels.
? Proficiency in project management processes and tools, such as Agile techniques, Jira or Clickup.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
