Digital Project Manager

About the Job

We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience using Click Up and HubSpot and is keen to work with a rapidly growing business. As a Project Manager, you should have proven working experience in project management, excellent communication skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be a multi-tasker with solid organizational skills including attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver against core project management activities across the technology stream including:

Coordinate and oversee digital projects and lead a cross-functional team using Click Up

Ensure that the project scope, milestones, and technology deliverables are clarified and aligned across the project work streams along with linkages to business benefits

Manage the program and project budgets and provide status reporting on a regular basis to the CEO

Monitor and evaluate the project critical path and master milestones

Form strong working relationships with team members in all departments throughout the organization to complete projects on scope, schedule, and budget

Assign tasks, goals, and timelines on new tasks or project requests to appropriate resources based on digital expertise, timeline, and deliverables requested.

Prepare meeting agendas before all client calls with all action items before it happens.

Qualifications

3+ years of digital project management experience

Must have verifiable experience in Software Develpment Life Cycle for API integration – non-negotiable

Must have experience using ClickUp as a project management tool – non-negotiable

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate efficiently, and set priorities and expectations

Experience supporting complex integrated marketing campaigns

Sound knowledge of project management and agile practices and processes with verifiable experience using project management/workflow tools

Superior attention to detail, results-oriented, and demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments

Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem-solving, and influence

Possess strong digital project management skills, being well organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience organising and driving agile teams.
