Digital Project Manager

We are a digital agency with offices in Australia & UK.

We are looking to grow our team in the Philippines and are looking for a Digital Project Manager.

You will have the option of working fully remotely, be used to having daily stand-ups and stand-downs, and be excited by the chance of working with an innovative team.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Application/Website development projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in website development project management within a digital agency environment and will be able to work Australian hours.

Responsibilities:
• Manage website development projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Track and report project progress, risks and issues to all stakeholders

• Ensure that project documentation is up to date and that all stakeholders are informed of changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets

• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure that project expectations are met or exceeded

As the successful applicant, you will ideally possess the following:
• At least 3 years of experience managing website development projects

• Experience managing the development of WordPress-based websites

• Able to work Australian Hours is must

• Excellent communication

• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
