Digital Sales & Marketing Assistant for Short Term Lets

SILVA Short Term Lets is based in the UK and looking to grow with the right team members
SILVA currently manage 15 properties but are looking to grow to over 100 within 2 years
We have been operating for 5 years and work a little bit differently from most businesses
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the Digital Sales & Marketing of our short term lets; managing our digital footprint, running sales campaigns and marketing promotions to increase bookings. The ideal candidate should have experience in short-term rental management, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills… You will be part of a team who really cares about each other and will be given full training to lead the industry.
Responsibilities:
> Listing optimisation
> OTA promotions and sales campaigns
> Lead generation and management
> Email marketing
> Review marketing
> Canva skills
> Social media posting (small amount needed – that would be templated)
