OUR COMPANY STRUCTURE:
We are a boutique-sized company with much success in the world of LIVE publicity and coaching from the industry of television, speaker stages, red carpets, and specialty events.
We are leveraging our successes, contacts, and experience to launch a new business through ONLINE BUSINESS such as GROUP COACHING through our WEBSITE through ONLINE PRESENCE & EMAIL MARKETING and social group platforms via SOCIAL MARKETING.
We offer a limited amount of one-to-one VIP coaching and promote at least one live in-person event per year and four virtual events per year.
In this startup role you will have more than one type of project though are rarely asked to go past the agreed amount of hours.
As your strengths are revealed in the job projects related to results, success, and or leadership, your role may be more defined.
As a start-up we have already created Facebook groups for group coaching and will be growing our support team to cover some or all of the following projects:

Examples Of Tasks You’ll Be Doing
LEARN WHAT THE COMPANY DOES AND IN SUPPORT OF WHICH CLIENTS
Learning what our company sells and why it is important to our dream clients. (How to create your dream career to support your dream job. How to be on camera for video marketing. How to get publicity through television, podcasts, stage, and as an author.)
Learning who our dream clients are and what is important to them. (personal development influencers, health and wellness experts, and high-performance coaches)

VIP ONE-TO-ONE CLIENT SUPPORT:
Calendar Planning, Prepping for client coaching calls and presentations such as Zoom links, Google Docs with outlines of the meeting, and or power points supportive to the meeting.

SALES MARKETING SUPPORT
Updating existing webinars and referencing them to create new webinars requires understanding what we sell and who we sell to.
Using our training videos from still shot and b-roll footage in support of client presentations and usage for social media of their monthly publicity

SOCIAL MARKETING SUPPORT
Understanding that the coaching group through a social platform is a business structure that happens to be serviced out of a FB private group.
Knowing the basics of social media is needed due to the delivery method of coaching. It is not a personal social posting mindset, it is a community service posting mindset in an attractive, fun, and educational manner.
Supporting social media marketing in our four platforms with posts, comments, responses, and uploading to the automated social media manager platform
One Business Page for the CEO as an Influencer Coach
One Personal Page for the CEO in support of lifestyle content (Live Grow Give)
One Private Free Business Group as a place to receive free content from our four mastery programs and get access to our speaker interviews
One Private Paid Business Group as one of our Mastery programs for On Camera Video Marketing

ONLINE PRESENCE SUPPORT
Researching online television and podcast shows, network television shows
Research and data entry for TV producers, assignment editors, TV show hosts, podcasters, and influencer interview formats
Support blog creations and updating online bios/about us.
Including past television segments mp4 files in our social media usage as well as shorter versions to use in webinar presentation slides

EMAIL MARKETING SUPPORT
Research mentor, competitor, and colleague comparison to offer your feedback and recommendations
Support email marketing with nurture series (branding and pay it forward gifted content), sales marketing emails, and welcome and thank you emails.
Emailing gatekeepers message pitches, scripts, and one-sheets to book the owner

TEAM MEETING SUPPORT
TEAM MEETING DAY:
Our company often has a Monday Team Leader Meeting for the first half of the day with multiple breaks to get the main department leaders on the same page for the goals of the week.
We identify each of our top three goals of the week and top three goals of the day. It is a basic job requirement to place these goals on the calendar that is shared with the CEO and some other department leaders.
It will be a job requirement to keep your daily and weekly calendar current throughout the day as changes arise.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY NEEDED:
Hours needed for availability are 40 hours a week for a full-time
hourly arrangement of 7 am Central Standard Time to 4:30pm Central Standard time
with a full hour break and one thirty-minute break or two fifteen-minute breaks. Most of your break time of day is determined by you around 8 work-related hours.
TEAM MEETING PROJECTS
Create and send email, chat and calendar invites to company team members
Follow a file naming system and upload Google Docs, images, and videos to the Google Drive filing system in the recommended table of contents
Update Asana and Outlook calendars from team leader meetings, department meetings and team emails
Research, upload and organize company and stock images and video

TEAM LEADER REQUIREMENTS
Have enough space on your computer to work without daily rebooting and tech challenges that interfere with meeting start times or deadlines
Have a strong internet connection to be able to upload files and to attend team leader and individual department meetings.
The ability to use a calendar and plan a small list of projects across a two-week timeline and update daily as many projects have multiple collaborators so sharing calendars is required.

Need a working knowledge of
Have access to TEAM PLATFORMS: Asana//Teams, Outlook Email / G-mail, Canva, Google Drive, Google Calendar
Asana/Teams to stay connected across multiple time zones, number of team members and to showcase your valuable expertise while collaborating with your team members
Most company correspondence goes through Outlook email with G-mail as a backup. Gmail is also an email most commonly used with Google Drive and Google Calendar.
Canva is used for company and client presentations as well as client bonus documents such as e-books, blogs, recipes, journals and webinars.
Familiarity with Google Drive to find files and folders, share them and create them so others can find your work easily and quickly (Google Spreadsheets, Google Presentation Slides, Google Forms, Google Documents)
Must know and have Google Calendar to support short-term, mid-term and long-term planning as well as keep track of daily, weekly and monthly projects
Ability to use AI platforms such as Chat GPT, Claude, Poe and other AI apps TBD.
Ability to use Zoom and be present on video conference calls. One-half day on most Mondays per year outside of high-priority PH holidays as well as one to three times per week for one to three-hour department meetings depending on your need for support or CEO’s need for assistance.
Have minimal knowledge of GRAPHIC DESIGN & EDITING:
The minimal ability for graphic design in CANVA: create webinars in Canva, create Google slide presentations, create graphics for social media posts, flyers and blogs, adjust colors of images, crop photos
Minimal ability to edit videos in CANVA: create rough cuts, add lower 3rd graphics, add intro and closing animations, add transitions from b-roll and stock photography

Location: VIRTUAL, Work From Anywhere That Has A Solid Internet Connection
Type of Employment: Looking for a full-time leader. Entry-level full-time paid training for the first two weeks to access the areas where there is a win-win best fit.
Salary: Paid per project completion – Two weeks of paid training and assessment based differently on qualifications to be determined at the interview. Standard starting entry-level payment, after two weeks eligible for full-time and first raise. Second raise assessment in 30 days eligible for an additional monthly pay increase. Bonuses are available per individual assessment, and opportunities are discussed at the interview. Compensation is paid bi-monthly through Wise.
Time of Day Availability: Many of our team are from all over the world and we juggle many different time zones. For most of the paid projects, there is flexibility with the hours. One day a week we ask you to be available for a mini-virtual retreat training and CEO presentation called a Team Leader Meeting on USA Mondays / Philippine Tuesdays (typically around 9am Central Standard Time / 10 pm Philippines) and individual one to one department leader zoom meetings occur one to three times per week depending on your project support needs and CEO support requirements.
