About Linden Creek:
Linden Creek is a dynamic home staging and interior design company dedicated to transforming spaces with elegance and creativity. We have recently launched an online store (Linden Creek Shoppe) to better serve our customers and offer our unique products nationwide.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to take our online store to the next level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving online sales and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads is essential. This role is pivotal in building our sales strategy, increasing traffic, and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
– Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
– Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure high ROI.
– Develop and manage Facebook Ads to target and retarget potential customers effectively.

Sales Strategy:
– Implement strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates.
– Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.

Analytics & Reporting:
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
– Provide regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
– Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
– Proficiency in Google Analytics and other sales analytics tools.

Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales and marketing.
– Demonstrated success in driving online sales and managing ad campaigns.
– Experience in SEO and content marketing is a plus.

Soft Skills:
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and organizational abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
