Job Description

I am looking for an experienced Digital/Social Media Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and CONSCIENTIOUS.

Me:

I am a coach for mums trying to find their way in parenting and business. I’m kind, considerate and fair and I want to make change happen in the world. The growth in the market is fast and I need someone to keep up with me and have a joyful ride together.

When:

1-2 hours Monday – Friday, building up as the business grows. This person needs to have the flexibility to offer more hours and grow with the business.

Who:

I’m looking for a VA that can lend a hand to all aspects of digital marketing and social media, as well as some administrative tasks…aka my right hand person I can rely on!

You:

+ You must be: hard working, honest and dedicated to your work

+ Have a strong desire to learn, take pride in your work and a keen sense of wanting to help others in the world.

Skills/Qualifications:

+ 2+ years’ experience of working as a Digital/Social Media Virtual Assistant or other relevant position.
+ Must be an EXPERT in the Social Media and the Digital landscape. No learning on the job.
+ Needs to have attention to detail!!
+ Proficient in English
+ High school diploma

+ Strong time management skills: MUST be able to stick to deadlines. Good practical experience with online calendars, scheduling? Google Calendar, Monday or Asana skills. Notion skills is complete bonus!

+ Superior organizational skills: Must be able to keep track of assignments for different clients. Needs to be comfortable jumping from one task to another. A drive and determination to see clients succeed, as well as this business!

+ Communication skills: Excellent customer service skills needed as well as good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills. Strong email and instant messaging communication skills

Tech savvy: Need a wide range of computer skills and are proficient at the most commonly used software programs: all SM channels, Mailchimp, Kajabi & Showit (desirable) etc.

Tasks:

SOCIAL MEDIA
+ Recommend SM Strategies for growth
+ Research content ideas and plan ahead
+ Proficient use in Canva to be able to change upload social graphics, ebooks etc
+ Repurpose blog posts into small bitesize content
+ Editing videos for re-purposing on TikTok, Insta, Facebook, Instagram (Pinterest a bonus) and daily upload of content and graphics

EMAIL;
+Design, prepare and send out emails (Kajabi/Mailchimp)

WEBSITE;
+ Website is built on Showit & Kajabi – previous experience preferred. Will require maintenance of websites, new pages, SEO tags etc
+ WordPress Blog – Uploading new content, sourcing images et

GENERAL VA WORK;
+ Calendar, emails, appointments etc
+ Reporting
+ Research
+ Contracts & agreements
+ Send out requested information to customers
+ Handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail
