Key Qualifications:

Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization & split testing.
Understanding of eCommerce growth principles and their impact on outcomes.
Proficiency in key metrics like LTV, AOV, CAC, and Payback period.
Technical agility to quickly master new programs or services.
Strong understanding of general SEO principles
Capability to lead or manage paid media teams, with a good grasp of Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
Responsibilities:

Develop and promotion strategies, including campaign and automation.
Create real-time data and analytics dashboards for in-depth reporting.
Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across multiple businesses
