Digital Swiss Company looking for a back office agent

We’re a young team from Switzerland who are hiring social media managers on a full-time basis (6 Days a week for 12h per day, 1-hour break).

Your responsibilities:
– working with google drive
– chatting with new people
– managing folders and working with instructions
– creating daily summaries

Our Tools:
– Google Drive
– WhatsApp and Telegram
– Google Sheets
– Word and Excel
– Time Doctor

What you bring with you: (various tests will be done)
– own smartphone and computer
– very good personal English chat skills and slang (writing is enough)
– motivated and open personality, bubbly person
– the ability to take the lead and chat on a personal basis
– following instructions and working after a well-structured style
– loyal to the company
– fast response times
– honest feedback/honest personality
– attention to detail
– arrive punctually to work
– a good and stable internet
– objection handling
