Digital Systems Coordinator and Marketing Automation Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Back-End Systems Specialist to join our team and revolutionize our customer journey while creating a cohesive business ecosystem. As a Yoga teacher with a growing in-person and online studio, we are looking for a tech-savvy expert who can design, implement, and optimize back-end systems, marketing funnels, and email automations to enhance our students’ experience and foster client engagement and conversion both in person and online. Responsibilities:

1. Systems Development:

Design and implement robust back-end systems for a seamless and efficient customer journey.
Organize and streamline processes to enhance overall business operations.

2. Client Engagement and Accountability:

Devise strategies for client check-ins, fostering accountability and building an interactive community, engaging and nourishing existing and new clients.
Create and implement incentive, reward, and recognition programs to enhance client satisfaction.

3. Sales Funnel Management:

Strategize and organize sales funnels to attract and convert leads effectively.
Optimize funnels for increased lead conversions and enhanced customer satisfaction.

4. Email Automation:

Set up and manage email automations to nurture leads and create a personalized client experience.
Ensure timely and meaningful communication to strengthen client relationships.

5. Brand Passion:

Understand and embody the brand philosophy, approach, and vision of Em K Yoga (Click to view)
Infuse passion into marketing strategies that resonate with our unique approach.

6. Initiative, Autonomy and Business Harmony:

Demonstrate a proactive approach to digital marketing, leveraging tools and strategies for automation.
Create an environment that provides the business with the freedom to step away confidently, knowing everything is taken care of.

Liaise with social media manager and website developer.

I currently use Momence and Active Campaigns; I also have a Zapier account.
