LAcreators Staffing is hiring a Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist to post job, interview candidates, and hold video meetings with potential candidates for screening.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for open positions & potential future vacancies including advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure highly qualified interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the required qualifications
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify and engage potential candidates
• Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Collaborate with hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and values
• Contribute to the enhancement of the company’s employer brand by creating compelling job postings, engaging content, and fostering positive interactions with candidates
• Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communication for vacant positions
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience hiring and working with social media talent
• Recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
• A combination of education and work experience in either HR or recruitment demonstrating progression and proven success.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking
• Writing job postings, contracts, and descriptions
• Crafting interview questions, marking guides, and assessments
• Energetic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering social media full-cycle recruitment to enhance the business.
• Knowledge of sourcing best practices and candidate sourcing channels, negotiation skills, headhunting, and networking in recruitment circles
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm during high-volume periods.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; can prioritize and multi-task while managing multiple tasks and projects.
