We seek a goal-driven Digital Talent Sourcer to join our elite recruitment team. In this key role, you will use your expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to find and attract exceptional digital leadership talent worldwide.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform strategic searches using Linkedin Recruiter to identify top digital candidates.
+ Analyze job descriptions and client needs, with a focus on the digital sector’s unique aspects. Tailor your search accordingly.
+ Use Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques to find high-caliber digital professionals.
+ Build and maintain a network of digital prospects to meet immediate and long-term hiring needs.
+ Partner with Senior Recruiters to align sourcing with overall objectives, targeting the digital market.
Requirements:
+ Proven experience sourcing digital leadership roles on LinkedIn.
+ Expertise using LinkedIn, Google, Xing and other advanced talent sourcing tools.
+ In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Meticulous candidate evaluation approach.
+ Passion for connecting talent with opportunities. Deep understanding of the digital sector.
