Who We’re Looking For
We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in the dynamic world of digital marketing. This is a full-time remote position perfect for someone who genuinely loves crafting and executing innovative digital marketing strategies.
Position Type: Full Time, Remote
Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Night Shift: 9PM – 6AM PH Time) to align with our US clients.

Commitment to Work Schedule: You are willing and able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week during the night shift to support our US-based clients. You understand the importance of this schedule in ensuring seamless operations and are ready to adapt to this time frame.
Branding Knowledge: Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of each client’s brand and their goals.  Also, able to learn how to communicate with their customers as if it were coming from the client.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services.
Contribute to a social media strategy that increases engagement and brand awareness.
Assist in refining the organization’s online presence to improve SEO.
Analyze market research and use web analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
Create and optimize content for the web and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
Work with designers to improve user experience and regularly audit and update content as needed.
Create written content and imagery for blogs, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Experience
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
Experience with online marketing channels like PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Degrees in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant fields are preferred.
