**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Listings Management:**
– Curate and optimize and post property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility and appeal to target audiences.
– Implement SEO strategies to enhance the discoverability of our accommodations on online travel agencies and other listing sites.
2. **Pricing Management:**
– Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
– Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
– Utilize pricing tools and analytics to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
3. **Direct Bookings:**
– Implement and oversee strategies to increase direct bookings through our website and other direct channels.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotions and campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
– Enhance the booking experience on our website to encourage direct bookings.
4. **Onboarding:**
– Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new properties, ensuring accurate and compelling representation across all platforms.
– Work closely with property owners and managers to gather necessary information and assets for effective onboarding.

**Compensation:**
– Salary: $500 per month
– Performance Bonus: $25 for every direct booking
Work Schedule:
– Monday to Saturday
– 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (uk hours)
