Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
Willing and fit to work graveyard shift, full-time
Willing to use a time-tracking app
At least 1 year of Facebook Marketing experience
Excellent and effective written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Works accurately and has high attention to detail
Mid to Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager experience
Quick learner who retains information easily
Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies, and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
A proactive team player
Job Role:
Create Facebook Ads Campaigns both for product testing and scaling
Help daily refreshing ads and monitoring reports
Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
Adjust FB campaign budgets and end dates
Communicate with clients through email
Creative Management – ensure we always have good-quality videos & images to use
Help set up processes that would ensure deadlines are met
System Requirements:
Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 GB free disk space
Headset with noise canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main ISP
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
