Direct Hire! Marketing Assistant/ Social Media Manager for a growing start-up Company

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to aid in the execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy focused on community growth and user acquisition. The ideal candidate is a positive, proactive, and resourceful person with a strong interest in the crypto / blockchain industry, excellent project management skills, and the desire to aid the rapid growth of our ecosystem.

This candidate will work to ensure consistent, engaging and effective communications – with the goal of expanding reach and converting community to customer.

Key areas of responsibility:

* Campaign Management: supporting the marketing team in the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns and activity – including events, social, content, digital marketing, and community engagement.

* Content Creation: ensuring high-quality output of content strategy through fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance of marketing copy and materials, engaging a network of freelancers where necessary

* Brand Assets: ensuring all public facing collateral (website, social, blogs, etc) is kept up to date and in alignment with regularly updated product offering

* Community Growth: identifying new crypto communities and influencers, working with the marketing team to identify relevant topics and trends to drive engagement

* Community Management: working with community managers to support and engage our expanding community of brand ambassadors

* Reporting: monitoring campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to optimize existing and future campaigns

* Insights: undertaking regular industry analysis to identify key trends, while liaising with the development and insight teams to garner notable platform insights The ideal candidate has:

* Strong interest in the crypto industry with a solid understanding of crypto/blockchain technology, ecosystems, and applications

* Experience managing crypto channels such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter

* Positive, proactive startup mentality with the ability to work autonomously

* Personal knowledge of the crypto/blockchain communities and ecosystems

* Remarkable written and verbal communication skills

* Capability to work effectively and independently in a remote team environment

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

* Experience in digital marketing including Adwords, SEO, paid social, and web analytics preferred

* Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
