We are on the lookout for a dedicated full-time real estate pricer to send direct mail piece for rural vacant parcel to join our team at Hepler Land Holdings. Our company specializes in the sale of vacant land across the United States, and we are keen on expanding our reach and optimizing our marketing strategies through data-driven decision-making.

Your Mission

As a Data Analyst at Hepler Land Holdings, you will play a critical role in identifying promising markets for rural vacant land tracts and crafting effective pricing strategies. Your insights will directly influence the execution of our direct mail campaigns, targeting over 25,000 potential sellers monthly.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze real estate market trends to identify high-potential rural areas for vacant land sales.

Develop pricing models for vacant land tracts based on historical data and predictive analytics.

Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale direct mail campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and response rate.

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine mailing strategies based on response data and conversion rates.

Manage and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevancy in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.

Experience in real estate market research is highly preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English for both written and verbal interactions.

A proactive mindset with a strong drive for professional growth.

Work Schedule:

Requirements
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Compensation:

A competitive base salary ranging from $5/hr to $9/hr, commensurate with experience.
