The Direct Response Copywriter is a key strategic marketing partner for Healing Rosie.

Love writing about women’s health, hormone optimization, healing and women’s leadership?
Do you have experience working in a results-driven environment, where you use direct response copy to drive revenue-generating KPIs?
Our ideal candidate will be very familiar with managing content calendars, drafting direct response copy for a variety of channels, creating ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to drive revenue goals, organizing content into branded customer journeys from tripwires to high-ticket offers, growing channels and driving channel traffic into blogs and funnels that grow the business.
The ideal candidate will:
** Have superior storytelling skills and able to understand the needs of our community
** Participate in high-level strategy meetings to frame out both internal offers and to drive revenue across affiliate offers and internal offers
** Own our video marketing strategy, to include writing effective video scripts with strong hooks, SEO-friendly content descriptions, and SEO-friendly podcast and blog copy to drive business goals
** Review video content and create video scripts for intros / outtros / editing videos for our social channels + ads
** Plan, create and publish compelling content on social media (static, video, live streams, etc.) regularly to support and engage our communities
** Help conceptualize and create lead magnets, quizzes, etc for listbuilding
** Work with our Marketing Director and multimedia designer to create graphics + video for our social / ads campaign
** Pay attention to KPIs and create content to improve our engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions
** Review results and insights with the marketing director and marketing team, and suggest optimizations to our efforts to improve our KPIs
** Plan new offers and sales funnels for our brands
** Manage email copy for our affiliate marketing program to improve conversions on email traffic
** Work with a high-performing marketing team to review data, strategize and drive our business goals.

** Understand how to leverage tools like Facebook Live, Messenger Bots, and Watch Party to create engagement and social sharing

** Demonstrate follow-through and ability to get things done
** Adeptly handle multiple moving parts at once
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
** 3-5 years in Direct Response Copywriting
** Experience working with direct response copy for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
** Excellent communication skills (a perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar)
** Previous experience in health and wellness industry, knowledge of functional medicine, women’s hormones, AIP, Keto, Paleo and GF (gluten-free) diets, autoimmune and thyroid conditions strongly preferred
** Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
** Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
** Excellent verbal and written skills
** Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite tools and navigating popular social media platforms
Tech Requirements:
** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Work schedule: Sunday – Thursday 3PM – 7PM CST // Monday – Friday 5AM – 9AM PH Time
Salary Range: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000 monthly, DOE.
