This is a very specific skill we are wanting

So you would start out writing lots of Facebook ads and finding direct-response creatives

And learning marketing overall

This is ideal for someone who is EXTREMELY HUNGRY and CAN LEARN and WORK FAST

Not afraid to work weekends and is self-managed

IDEALLY the person should be young and hungry

It is fine if you DON’T have a lot of experience because we can train you

We have some of the BEST MARKETERS in the WORLD

BUT… you must be self-managed

Have a HIGH IQ and PRO-ACTIVENESS and are excited to learn new things

We are wanting someone to grow with us and become a FULL-TIME member

Your starting salary would be around 1,500 USD per month in the learning phase

But that can MOVE VERY FAST – depending on how hard you work and you’re skill level

It can easily move to 3,000 USD and eventually 6,000 USD per month

(this is the same path our other team members have started on)

Once you PROVE YOURSELF that you are HUNGRY to LEARN

And can LEARN FAST

Again… There are HIGH EXPECTATIONS

Being in the Men’s Health Industry – we would want you to be into health and fitness as well

(Our whole team follows what we teach… because we must walk the talk for our clients)

Also, you must be very organized

And love numbers + writing (yes it is a special combo)

Again – the media buying aspect can be TAUGHT

But you must show you can LEARN FAST

Be ready to WOW us

Your first task would be to write a DIRECT RESPONSE AD – both copy and creative

Your CV is not important to us

Just show us you are READY TO WORK HARD

Can take on CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK

Takes FULL OWNERSHIP of mistakes

(we are okay with mistakes as long as you LEARN from them – if you keep repeating the same mistakes over and over, means you HAVE A BIG EGO and are NOT LEARNING and you won’t last long in our team)
