GTM Brands is looking for a full-time remote exceptional direct-response ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team.
We’re a close-knit team of 22 who are doing big things in the Ecommerce space serving 100,000’s of customers each year and are in the top 0.1% of Ecommerce brands online (revenue).

???? You’re Perfect If You Have/Are…
– 2-3+ years experience managing a remote Direct Response ecommerce marketing team including Meda Buyers, Creative Teams (production, editing and copy), Email and Developers.
– A strong understanding of Creatives, Funnels and CRO.
– Experience analyzing ROAS and MER with DR paid traffic campaigns on FB, Google and Amazon.
– Customer-Focused: Knowledge of how to effectively market to our target audience.
– Organization: Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills; highly motivated to meet or even exceed deadlines.
– EOS, Agile, Scrum or other PM Methodologies.
– Strategic: Capable of envisioning the overall plan while remaining focused on details to ensure successful project completion.
– Creative: Enjoys exploring new ideas and trends, while also working to improve established strategies that have been successful.
– Great Communicator: Possesses excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
– Leadership: Successfully manages multiple priorities, collaborates with internal and external teams to exceed company goals.
– A Player: You possess a positive attitude, thrive in both leadership and team member roles, and reject the notion of “that’s not my job”.
– Data-Driven: Capable of identifying important metrics, working with data, and analyzing marketing strategy outcomes.
Job Description – What We Want You To Do
Develop quarterly OKRs and conduct weekly calls with the marketing team
Coordinate the launch of new products
Analyze high-performing brands for new ideas
Lead marketing strategies for the frontend and backend
Improve the customer journey through coordinated ad content, sales funnels, and email calendar management
Increase the brand’s footprint by researching and adding new traffic channels
Oversee and connect all marketing team roles
Network with brands, founders, and marketing experts
Track KPIs across all marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity and weakness
Support marketing team with training and collaboration from leadership and teammates to excel.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full time position with monthly salary paid once or twice a month. Salary in USD and based on experience and skill.
Fully remote position. Work from where you can be in a state of flow and collaborate with your team on Slack, Skype and video calls.
Paid time off + Statutory holidays.
End of year bonus.

Flexible working schedule.
Working Hours
This is a full time position.
You will be required to coordinate with the rest of the team for at least 5 hours per day in the EST time zone. For the rest of the schedule you can login earlier or later depending on your preference.
