Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, intuitive direct response video editor. We run lead gen campaigns on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok and we’re constantly needing to split test new videos. We need someone who understands our campaign objectives across all verticals, can think creatively as to what b-roll footage to insert in the videos alongside the copywriting we provide to maximize audience congruency and conversions. The right person should also be always wanting to outperform their best creative. We want someone who’s always wanting to test new ideas, think of new 5 second intros to stop users in their newsfeeds, clever ways to engage, using imagery, clips and clever fonts to prompt the user to take action.

We work very fast, across multiple time zones and around the clock. We want someone with the same level of motivation so we can execute faster than the competition.

We’re also looking for someone with a long term mindset. We can offer upside against performance to ensure your work is highly rewarding, once we see the drive and execution necessary to stay on our team. We’re a team of A Type personalities. All with one objective, scaling aggressively by testing more than anyone else.

Let me emphasize that because I am getting Google Drive links with a ton of videos that are NOT related to Lead Gen. I want to see YouTube videos that were made for Health Insurance Lead Generation, Medicare, Open Enrollment, Debt Repair, Credit Card Repaid, ERC, etc. If you drop me any Google Drive Link without these videos, I will not respond.

We want experience, and a go getter wanting go change their life by joining the A Team… not someone who doesn’t read the entire scope of the job description and submits unrelated content.

Those who go the extra yard will be rewarded.
