Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Direct Response Video Ad Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating compelling video ads that drive direct response actions, with a focus on the e-commerce sector. This role requires proficiency in crafting impactful content specifically tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Video Ad Creation:
– Develop and produce high-quality, engaging Direct Response video ads for ecommerce products using our in-house content, UGC and other creative assets
– Utilize creativity and storytelling techniques to capture the target audience’s attention and drive conversions

Platform Expertise:
– Demonstrate expertise in creating video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Stay updated on platform-specific trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize ad performance

Target Audience Understanding:
– Research to understand the target audience’s preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
– Tailor video ad content to resonate with the specific demographics and interests of the target audience

Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns

Requirements
– 3+ years of video editing experience
– 1+ years of experience in creating Direct Response video ads
– Experience in creating video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Ability to juggle multiple edits & projects in a fast-paced setting
– Portfolio showcasing Direct Response video ads in the e-commerce sector
– Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and the ability to translate product features into compelling video content
– Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
– Strong storytelling skills to create emotionally resonant video content
– Ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members
– Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape
– Proactive in seeking out and implementing new strategies
– Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
– Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets
– A true team player who brings passion to the table
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
