Position Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Advertising specializing in Amazon PPC to lead our team. You’ll manage 4-5 account managers, develop PPC strategies, enhance product launches through PPC, and lead off-Amazon advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Amazon PPC team.
Stay updated on PPC trends, sharing knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with managers to develop brand-specific strategies.
Innovate product launch strategies via PPC.
Lead advertising on Amazon and platforms like Google and Meta.

Qualifications and Skills

Expertise in Amazon advertising and PPC management.
Experience managing $1M-$10M+ brands on Amazon.
Strong data analysis skills and team leadership ability.

Experience

Extensive Amazon advertising experience.
Passion for PPC, marketing, growth, and brand development.
Ability to mentor and strategize for brand development.
Personal Attributes
Deep interest in PPC, data, and marketing.
Leadership qualities and enthusiasm for mentoring.

4-5 PPC account leads reporting to you.

First Year OKRs

Enhance Amazon PPC performance to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.
Achieve revenue targets while keeping TACoS % within the budget.
Develop comprehensive advertising strategies.
