Hi, I’m Brian! I’m the founder of Clarity Up LLC, a consulting firm that teaches experts and leaders how to magically connect with anyone.
We do that across three brands:
Brian Miller Speaks – my personal brand as a speaker on human connection. I give keynotes and workshops to organizations all over the world, to help them build connected cultures where everyone feels heard, understood, and valued. My TEDx talk “How to Magically Connect with Anyone” was viewed 3.6 million times, and I’m the author of Three New People.
Conquer the Red Dot® – our signature program that trains speakers to book, write, and deliver the talk of their life on the world’s most prestigious stages, like TED-style conferences.
The SpeakerPath™ – our latest brand focused on teaching experts how to communicate their big ideas clearly and earn buy-in from the people who matter most (audience, shareholders, prospects, donors).
We have a weekly blog/article/newsletter, a public free Facebook group for The SpeakerPath, and a private exclusive group for legacy clients of our 1-1 programs with monthly masterminds and quarterly guest experts. I personally maintain an active Meta-verified Facebook profile and a LinkedIn account.
As Director of Community Engagement, your roles will include:
-Formatting and scheduling the weekly newsletter
-Engaging with our members in each community group
-Sending program updates and announcements via email
-Co-creating the marketing and sales emails for new programs
-Generating new ideas for marketing and outreach based on the data and metrics
Technical Requirements:
-Deep understanding of social media and internet marketing trends
-Flexible knowledge of CRM systems (we are using Brevo but in the process of switching to Zoho)
-Basic ability to create on-brand graphics and micro content using Canva or similar (we have a full-time Creative Director and video editor, so this would just be for quick turnaround and social engagement)
Must Have:
-3+ years experience in email marketing
-Growth mindset
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Write in fluent English and communicate verbally in above-average English
-Ability to avoid mistakes under quick turnarounds and time pressure
Our two founding beliefs:
1. Everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued.
2. Everything that can be said, can be said clearly.
This position pays $300/mo for 10-15 hours per week as needed, part-time. There is always growth opportunity to expand and become full-time.
We have a rockstar team that includes me, my personal assistant who handles scheduling and client communication, our Creative Director & graphic designer, video editor, fractional COO and OBM (online business manager). Plus our certified coaches and community of trusted collaborators.
If that sounds like you, reply to this job posting and make sure the first sentence of your reply is “Attention to detail.”
Our company environment is nurturing but also demanding. We move fast, take big swings, and are on a mission.
