In this role, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Director of Executive Support. As a Director of Executive Support at FreedUp, you will be responsible for overseeing the executive support function, managing a team of executive assistants, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and clients.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm CST / 9pm -6am PHT
Pay Range: $1200-$2000 USD/monthly
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of executive assistants, providing mentorship and guidance
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the executive support function
Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings and events
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Serve as a point of contact for senior executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive support or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in managing a team of executive assistants or similar roles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, and other productivity tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
