Position Overview: As the Director of Finance at LawVisory and ConsultVisory, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive oversight and management of various financial departments and functions within the organization. This role requires strategic planning, policy development, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring to support the financial health and sustainability of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Department of Income:
Develop strategic plans and objectives in alignment with the firm’s financial goals.
Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.
Implement revenue optimization strategies.
Collaborate with client-facing teams to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue collection.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for monitoring income-related processes.

2. Department of Disbursements:
Develop and oversee financial plans and budgets.
Manage expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
Oversee vendor relationships and contracts.
Monitor cash flow and implement liquidity optimization strategies.
Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
Generate financial reports and analyses to provide insights into spending patterns.

3. Records, Assets, and Materiel:
Develop and implement procedures for asset management.
Oversee inventory management processes.
Establish systems for the organization and storage of financial records.
Implement measures to safeguard firm assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify and address risks related to asset loss or damage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
CPA
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Proven leadership experience in managing financial departments or teams.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to work full time Eastern Time Zone
