Director of Marketing – Mediabuying Experience Required

-At least two years of experience with FACEBOOK ADS in the E-COMMERCE sector is required.

-Deep expertise and understanding of the marketing communication image, exchange rate, creatives, advertisements, and so on…

We are not looking for someone to just handle our advertisements!

-A person who is extremely ambitious

-Not associated with any other brand/project; we are only looking for someone who is completely dedicated to us.

Hours of work and time flexibility:

We require 7-day availability and 200-250 working hours per month; however, one day each week will be part-time (2-4 hours). This will be your “off” day, and all you have to do is double-check and turn off a few advertisements, then just maintain.

Why do we demand your total availability? Because there will be a lot to set up, especially at the start, but as time passes and there is less to do, or when we hire someone to help you (for example, a media buyer), we may progressively lower the working hours. Yet, we want to make it clear that we are searching for someone who is enthusiastic about his or her job and is prepared to work long hours to help the business thrive.

The Company:

We are a completely remote firm with around 15 employees in Italy.
One-third of them live in Italy, while the other two-thirds live in the Philippines.
Our facility is in Italy, and it is fully controlled by a logistics center. Because we do not drop ship, we use an inventory-based approach.

Our primary goal and competitive advantage is to become the world’s largest COD e-commerce company, which is why 95% of orders are now COD). We also wish to make every product purchase accessible to everyone by providing a varied product inventory, outstanding customer service, and fast shipment.

The Profession:

As a Marketing Director, you will be in charge of:

-Oversight of our Facebook marketing (high level knowledge is required)
-Supervising our Tiktok and Google advertising (here we do not require previous experience)
-Supervising the development of all of our adverts across all advertising channels (not the creation, just the ideation as have enough people covering that part)
-Managing the whole funnel ideation and execution, including testing different landing pages to enhance CR, trying fresh angles, testing advertorials, and so on, in order to give a higher return on our ad spend.

These are the fundamental basic items for which you will be accountable; but, if required, we may add a few other items in the future.

Note: a more detailed explanation will be provided in the next step of the hiring process, but to put it simply, I, the founder, am looking for someone who can really help me grow this business and handle everything marketing-related, so that I can focus on operations, human resources, and other aspects, which are my strong suits!

Compensation:

The payment will consist of a fixed hourly rate plus a profit share.
Even though this will be covered in further detail in the subsequent phase, you may expect a monthly pay ranging from 4000 USD to 10000 USD (with acceptable KPI achievement).
