Director of Operations

**Your Mission**:
– Actively manage daily operations in real estate, investment, and rental management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
– Utilize analytics and technology to directly support decision-making and operational tasks.
– Drive growth in rental management and investment returns through direct involvement and strategy implementation.

**Responsibilities**:
– Execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, performance, and customer service.
– Directly manage real estate transactions, oversee CRM systems, and support marketing initiatives.
– Engage in customer evaluations, direct mail strategies, and investor relations for the investment sector.
– Handle project management activities, including timelines, budgets, and hands-on coordination.
– Read and interpret financial statements, working closely with bookkeepers to manage financial health.
– Build and maintain client relationships, and actively manage team development and training.
– Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

**Requirements**:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
– 5+ years of hands-on experience in operational management, preferably in real estate or investment.
– Proficiency in CRM systems and using technology and analytics in a practical, operational context.
– Strong project management skills and understanding of financial reporting.
– Leadership skills coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to operational tasks.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
